Secure and Confidential Process

The Company’s proprietary process utilizes secure transmission protocols and encrypts your files so that individual records are returned only to you and designated authorized personnel. The complete process is detailed in the Agreement between Scholars and the client. After our work is completed, Scholars permanently deletes electronic files and shreds hardcopy information provided by a client, on the date set forth in the Agreement.

Program Accountability

When clients are able submit reports or conduct longitudinal studies where the source records are accurate to a level of 90% and more, they can be assured that program demographic results have a high degree of accuracy.
